```Duties```
- RECRUIT, Schedule and coordinate interviews, meetings, and appointments for the organization
- SCHEDULING FOR 50 STAFF MEMBERS
- Maintain accurate records of STAFF MEMBERS

MUST HAVE RECRUITING ,AND SCHEDULING EXPERIENCE

Update staff binders to ensure all staff have proper credentials

```Requirements```
- Previous experience as a scheduler or in a similar administrative ROLE
- Proficiency in using EXCEL
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple calendars
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining schedules and records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.90 - $27.00 per hour
